Uma Ghotikar works as a Principal Engineer at ICF, Virginia. She has over 15 years of work experience in designing and delivering secure, scalable, modernized, and highly available IT solutions. She started her career as a CFML developer and over the years transitioned into a Solutions Architect and a DevSecOps Engineer.

Her expertise spans across cloud architecture, DevOps practices, implementing CI/CD solutions, and back end application development, with a strong focus on AWS cloud. She specializes in building cloud-native and serverless applications, implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible, building micro-services architecture and containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, and implementing automated solutions. She has previously presented at multiple international conferences.

She is a 4X AWS Certified and HashiCorp Certified professional.
